Updating Room Block Line Item Prices for a Meeting Package

You can update room block line item prices for a meeting package.

To update room block line items prices for a meeting package, follow this procedure.

To update room block line item prices for a meeting package from negotiated rates

1. Navigate to Quotes screen, then the List view.
2. In the Quotes list, query for the quote record.
3. In the Quote record, click the link in the Quote # field
4. Click the Room Blocks view tab.
5. Select a Core Room Block, and scroll down to the Negotiated Rates list.
6. In Quotes Room Block Negotiation Rates View do the following:
   1. Select any Core Room Block Line Item.
   2. Click Menu.
   3. Select Adjust Meeting Package Price.
7. In the Adjust Meeting Package Price window, do one of the following:
   1. For Pkg Price/Day New Value field, enter the new value.
   2. For the Negotiated Price New Value field, enter the new value.
   3. Click Calculate to view the new pricing results.
   4. Click OK to save your changes.

      NOTE:  You can either provide a new value in Pkg Price/Day field or enter the new value in the Negotiated Price field. Only one new value can be entered.

To update Negotiated Rates Manager prices for a meeting package, follow this procedure.

To update room block line item prices for a meeting package from negotiated rates manager

1. Navigate to the Quotes screen, then the List view.
2. In the Quotes list, query for the quote record.
3. In the Quote record, click the link in the Quote # field.
4. Click the Room Blocks view tab.
5. Select a Core Room Block, scroll down, and click the Negotiated Rates Manager tab.
6. In the Quote Room Block Negotiation Rates View - Manager view, do the following:
   1. Select any core room block line item.
   2. Click Menu.
   3. Select Adjust Meeting Package Price.
7. In the Adjust Meeting Package Price window, do one of the following:
   1. For Pkg Price/Day (Including Guest Room) New Value field, enter the new value.
   2. For the Negotiated Price New Value field, enter the new value.
   3. Click Calculate to view the new pricing results.
   4. Click OK to save your changes.
