Purchasing Loyalty Points

If a member does not have enough points to qualify for a desired redemption, then some host companies allow the member to purchase enough points to qualify.

To purchase points

1. Navigate to the Loyalty Members screen.
2. Click View, Action Pane, Tasks to view the Task user interface.
3. In the Members list, highlight the Member.
4. In the Tasks list, click LOY Member Points Purchase.
5. Select Point Type.
6. In the Points field, enter the quantity of points to be purchased. Then click Next.
7. In the Price list, select the payment type.
8. To override the calculated price, select Override Price and select an Override reason code.
9. Click Next.
10. Confirm the price and select a credit card.
11. Click Next.
12. Review Order Summary and then click Next.
13. Review Transaction Details and then click Finish.
