Communicates a value to C++ code that implements specialized applet behavior. The values of the applet user properties can be changed at configuration time. These values persist in the repository and in the Siebel repository file.

Changing Undocumented User Properties

Developers can only change user properties that have been documented. For example, user properties for applets of class CSSFrameBrowser. Only internal Oracle developers who create or change specialized C++ code can create or delete user properties that are not documented.
