The View Report Locale object is for use only with Actuate reports.

NOTE:  For version 8.1 and later, the reporting module for Siebel Reports by default is BI Publisher. However, the Report object types are still available for use with your Actuate reports.

Represents language-specific overrides used with the View Report object type.
