Setting Up Pharmacy Locator

The Pharmacy Services applet of Siebel Insurance eService has a Pharmacy Locator hyperlink that users with the responsibility of Healthcare Member can click to search for a local, affiliated pharmacy.

To add a pharmacy to the list of affiliated pharmacies

1. In Siebel Finance, navigate to the Facilities screen.
2. In the visibility filter, select All Facilities.
3. In the Facilities list, add a record, complete the necessary fields, make sure that you select Pharmacy in the Type field, and enter the address in the Primary Address field.
4. Click the hyperlink in the Facility field.
5. Click the Locations view tab.
6. In the Locations list, add a record, enter a location in the Location Name field, and in the Address field, select the address that you enter in Step 3.
7. If the Longitude and Latitude field values do not automatically populate, then set these values in the Zip Code Administration view of the Administration - Data screen.
