To view the service requests, complete the following steps:
In the left navigation pane, click Message Center.
Click Open Service Requests, My Service Requests, or Service Requests Opened by Others to display a list of requests.
To view details of a particular service request, highlight a row, then click the View Service Request icon. The following graphic shows an example service request.
Note:
You can also view all open service requests associated with a particular asset. To do so, select an asset under Assets in the navigation pane, click the Service Requests tab in the content pane.
