Note: When you click an empty field, the Extensible radio button should automatically be selected. If not, be sure to select this radio button as it allows you to add values other than the seeded one.
Priorities values determine the relative priority of a campaign activity or subset in comparison to other campaign activities and subsets.
These priority values can be set for the following:
Campaigns and Campaign Activities - should be set in forms with the Oracle Marketing Administrator responsibility.
Subsets - should be set in forms with the Application Developer responsibility.
If either of these responsibilities are not available to you, please contact you system administrator to have them added.
Highest through Medium level priorities are preemptive; all campaign activities and subsets with priorities in this range will be exhausted in priority sequence before the next priority level is used. Low and Lowest priorities are used in round-robin fashion; each of these campaign activities and subsets will release its quantum of records, then the next campaign activities and subsets in the same priority level will be used.
Use the steps below to create additional priority values for campaigns and campaign activities.
