Assigning Certifications

Use certification levels to classify parties by standards that your organization sets. Certification levels can be used, for example, in search results to determine which organization or person records are better qualified, given equal match scores.

Activating and Inactivating a Party

You can activate or inactivate a party (organization or person) by changing the status. You can also search for active and inactive customers in the Party Maintenance page.
