To Subscribe to a Shared Folder

Steps

1. In Duncan's Communications Express session, click the Subscribe icon at the top of the Folders window.

   A Subscribe to Shared Folders window appears.

2. In the Select from Folders drop-down menu, choose All Shared Folders and click Go.

   A list of shared folders appears.

3. Select the check box next to the Test Messages folder and click Subscribe.

   You have just subscribed to the Test Messages folder and can now read mail in the folder or move mail into the folder, provided that you have the proper permissions.
