Creates a query filter that filters based on the specified relation with the specified property. Allowed Operators are:
Operator.Equals
Operator.NotEquals
Operator.GreaterThan
Operator.GreaterThanOrEquals
Operator.LessThan
Operator.LessThanOrEquals


Parameters:

prop - the property on which to filter

op - the relation

operand - the operand to use to relate with the specified property

Throws:

InvalidQueryFilterException - if an invalid Operator is specified
