To create a folder in the document root directory:
Click the NewFolder button on the toolbar.
When the Specify New Folder Name dialog box opens, specify where you want to place the new folder. (If you selected a folder in the document browser, that folder will already be highlighted in the dialog box.)
Type the name of the new folder and click OK.
