The server has four network ports, NET0, NET1, NET2, and NET3. When any of these ports is connected to the network, VMware ESXi assigns a MAC address to the port.
Note - Ethernet ports NET2 and NET3 are nonfunctional in single-processor systems.

If the network adapter shown in the System Configuration screen is associated with network port NET0, then the CLI command show /System/Networking/Ethernet_NICs/Ethernet_NIC_0, will produce the following output, where the mac_addresses field lists the MAC address.
