WarInfo

WarInfo is used to store war library information

Parameters:

location - absulote URL of war library.

manifest - manifest of war library.

lastModified - lastModified time of the jar file bundled in the war library.

createdByJDev - true when war library is created by Jdev, false when it is existing war library is registered.
