Set the Drive Cleaning Warning

Note – This procedure applies only to the SL3000 and SL8500 libraries.

Use this optional CLI procedure to check the current setting of the drive cleaning warning flag on the library and change it if necessary. See “Drive Cleaning Warning” for details.

Use the following command to display the current setting of the drive cleaning warning flag:

If you want to set the flag to “off”, use the following command:

Proceed as follows:
•
For SL3000 libraries, you have finished configuring the library for STA and can proceed to Chapter 2, “Configuring SNMP in the STA Application”.
•
For SL8500 libraries, proceed to “Ensure the Correct Library Complex ID”.
