Notice the TopicConcept_Begin bookmark. This is the beginning of a repeating bookmark.
The default TopicConcept bookmark in the template uses the template styles for the appearance of web pages linked to topic concepts.
You are going to delete the bookmark and insert a TopicConcept bookmark that uses the Developer's styles instead.
