public class TransientIdGenerator
extends AbstractSequentialIdGenerator
implements IdGenerator

Service that generates sequential ids as either Strings or longs. The generated ids are transient, meaning that they are not suitable for use as ids of persistent objects.

This class does not make use of the batchSize or lastSeed properties of IdSpace.
