Multigroups and Cluster Sites

The Geographic Edition framework enables you to configure predetermined sets of protection groups and target clusters on which to perform start, stop, switchover. or takeover operations in a single operation.

The following figure illustrates a group of clusters that are defined in sites and a multigroup defined for protection groups between two of the sites.
