You can use the Oracle Commerce Platform’s LDAP server connection tool to test whether the JNDI environment properties in the InitialContextEnvironment component are configured appropriately for your server.

To test the connection to the LDAP server, do the following:

If the Oracle Commerce Platform connects successfully to your LDAP server, it displays this message:
