In the Administrator role, you can manage store associates by assigning the Agent role to these employees.
To create a profile for an Agent Console user:
Log into the Oracle Commerce Assisted Selling Cloud Service Dashboard using your admin user ID and password.
Click Settings.
Click Access Control.
Click New User.
Enter the information that identifies the new user, and select the CS Agent role.
Click Save.
