Create JDBC System Resource Override

Use this page to create a JDBC system resource override.

The system matches overrides with JDBC system resources by comparing the data source name attribute from the overriding configuration MBean with the name in the JDBCDataSourceBean that is pointed to by the JDBCSystemResourceMBean.

Configuration Options

Name Description
Data Source

The name of the data source. The overriding configuration MBean's data source name does not override the data source name of the resource. It is used for matching the overriding configuration MBean with the resource to be overridden.

Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.

URL

The connection URL for the data source.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.URL

User Name

The name of the user for the data source.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.User

Password

The password in clear text.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.Password

Confirm Password
InitialCapacity

Returns the initial pool capacity for the partition datasource. The value -1 indicates that the attribute is not set.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.InitialCapacity

MinCapacity

Returns the min pool capacity for the partition datasource. The value -1 indicates that the attribute is not set.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.MinCapacity

MaxCapacity

Returns the max pool capacity for the partition datasource. The value -1 indicates that the attribute is not set.

MBean Attribute:
JDBCSystemResourceOverrideMBean.MaxCapacity
