Redwood Experience for Planning Application Details
The Redwood Experience is now available for the Planning Application details pages. This option is now available for both permits and planning applications. These pages are featured in the Redwood Experience for each submitted planning application:

This example illustrates the activity tracking page for a newly submitted application, where the completeness review activity is pending. This page is only found in the planning application details.

This example highlights the additional actions available on the Conditions of Approval page, which is available for both permit and planning applications.

The new enhanced user experience streamlines the look and feel of the Planning Application detail pages.
Steps to Enable
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.
Offering: Multiple Offerings No Longer Optional From: Update 26C
You need to enable the "Redwood Experience for Application Intake, Payment, and Application List" feature to have the Redwood Experience for Planning Application Details function properly. See Oracle Permitting and Licensing 24D What's New on the Oracle Help Center for steps to enable.
Once that is enabled, you need to enable this featured in Functional Set Up Manager.
- Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Setup: Public Sector Permits > Change Feature Opt In.
- Select the "pencil" icon in the Features column for Public Sector Permits.
- Under "Redwood Experience for Planning Application Details" select the "Enable" checkbox.
- Click Done.
Tips And Considerations
Make sure that you ran the fa-psc-applications ESS job when you enabled the "Redwood Experience for Application Intake, Payment, and Application List" to ensure that your application lists populate properly. See the Important Actions and Considerations section of this document for more details.
