问题：当 Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 在 Oracle Smart View for Office 中使用共享连接，且 URL 为 http://server:port/workspace/SmartViewProviders 时，Smart View 不返回 Financial Management 提供程序详细信息。

解决方案：如果在 EPM System Configurator 中自定义 IIS Smart View 上下文，则必须在 Oracle Hyperion Shared Services Registry 中手动更改 SmartViewContext 属性。

默认情况下，SmartViewContext 值为 //hfmofficeprovider/HFMOfficeProvider.aspx。将 hfmofficeprovider 替换为 Smart View 逻辑 Web 地址上下文。有关说明，请参阅《Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System 部署选项指南》中的“更新 Shared Services Registry”。

问题：在 SSL 或 SSL OFFLOADER 环境中，从 Web 执行 Web 启动来连接 Smart View 并访问 Planning 时，显示错误消息来自提供程序的响应为空。

解决方案：以下步骤仅适用于 SSL 和 SSL OFFLOADER 环境，并且必须针对 Smart View 使用的特定 Planning 应用程序执行这些步骤：

1. 通过访问 Workspace URL（例如：https://epm.mycompany.com:19443/workspace/index.jsp）登录 Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Workspace。
2. 在菜单栏上，依次单击导航 > 应用程序 > Planning，然后选择应用程序名称（应用程序名称是用于 Smart View 的应用程序的名称）。
3. 应用程序打开后，依次选择管理 > 应用程序 > 属性，然后选择系统属性选项卡。
4. 将 SMARTVIEW_CONNECT_URL 设置为基本 Workspace URL，然后单击保存。例如，如果 Workspace URL 为 https://epm.mycompany.com:19443/workspace/index.jsp，则基本 URL 为 https://epm.mycompany.com:19443。
5. 重新启动 Planning 服务。
