Outline Load 公用程式輸入 CSV 檔案中支援備註。
對於單一行命令，請將雜湊字元設置為該行的第一個字元；例如，# comment。
會忽略空白行。
區塊註解是由起始註解區塊指標：#!— 所描述，並中止於包含結束區塊指標：#--! 的分隔線插入線不需要註解。
例如：

註：
備註區塊不可為巢狀。此外，#!-- HEADERBLOCK 是保留的 Oracle Hyperion Planning 內部備註區塊標頭。
