A handler of InputDataSetConfigurator instances. Given an instance of AbstractInputDataSet, a configurator handler will look at its list of InputDataSetConfigurator to find a configurator that can be used to setup the given input data set.

Looks for a configurator suited for the input data set and calls the InputDataSetConfigurator#configure(AbstractInputDataSet, Configuration) if found. If no configurator is found and Exception is raised

conf - a job configuration
