Distribution Lists Window
Use this window to define distribution lists to use in message actions. A distribution list is a predefined set of message recipients that you can use repeatedly in multiple message actions. If a recipient changes, you need only adjust it once in the distribution list, not in every individual message action.
Note: You cannot delete a distribution list if it is attached to an action.
