Multiple Account Distributions
For a requisitioned asset that is to be shared among multiple cost centers, the cost of the asset can also be shared. This feature allows the cost of a requisition to be distributed across multiple accounts.
To create multiple account distributions:
2. Click My Order to review your current selections.
3. For each requisition line, drill down on Account Distribution to provide different expense accounts for the item.
4. For each distribution, enter the charge account segments to identify the account to be charged.
5. Enter either an allocation percentage or an amount. If you enter a percentage, the amount is calculated and defaults automatically. If you enter an amount, the percentage is calculated and defaults automatically.
6. When finished, click Apply Changes to save your work.
You can click Apply to All Lines to apply the account distributions to all requisition lines in the order.
You can also click Show More Lines if you need more distribution accounts.
