Requisition Information

Use this page to define the type of supplies or services this user is likely to be ordering.

In the Requisition Options window, enter the following information:

Field Description Mandatory / Optional

Default Template This template is selected automatically when the user creates a web requisition. Templates you designate as default are those that appear to a user when they log into Web Requisitions, and are useful when the same items are routinely ordered. When the user selects a template, items from that template are shown. Mandatory

Override Requester Check this box if you want to allow this employee to submit requisitions for others. Optional

Override Location Check this box if the user can specify other than the default location for delivery of items. Optional

Preferred Days of Delivery This is a numerical field. Enter a number of days within which delivery is optimal. Optional
