Viewing Performance

In Oracle Sales Compensation you can easily see a salesperson's quota achievement,or performance against quota. Accessing this information is key because a salesperson's commission payment varies with the level of performance.

The Performance window, which lets you view a salesperson's performance against quota at any time, including compensation plan name and achievement by amount and percentage. Period-to-date information helps you stay on top of salesperson performance, while year-to-date information provides a bigger picture of performance against business objectives.
