Specifying the Collection and Transfer Batch Size

You need to indicate the number of transactions per batch you want Oracle Sales Compensation to copy from the Collector instance to the Calculator instance each time you run the concurrent process to transfer transactions. Transactions are copied (transferred) from the compensation transaction tables in the Collector instance to the transaction tables in the Calculator instance.

Use the Collection Batch parameter in the System Parameters window to specify the collection batch size. Use the Transfer Batch parameter in the System Parameters window to specify the transfer batch size. A typical batch size is 2000 transactions, but this depends on your system. The larger the number, the more ROLLBACK_SEGMENT space and less control processing overhead you require.
