Taiwan VAT and Uniform Invoice Management allows export-only manufacturers, whose sales are eligible for zero-rate VAT, to issue Sales Receipts instead of Uniform Invoices, and to assign the Sales Receipts to AR invoices. If your company does not use Sales Receipts, you can associate zero-rate Uniform Invoices with an Export Certificate.
