Creating Overtime

Oracle Projects creates overtime when you enter it manually or when the Overtime Calculation program creates it automatically.

If you enter overtime manually, the Distribute Labor Costs program does not create overtime, and instead proceeds directly to calculating overtime cost. See: Tracking Overtime and Premium Labor Costs.

If you enabled the Overtime Calculation program for your company, the Distribute Labor Costs process calls the Overtime Calculation program to create overtime automatically. See: Overtime Calculation Extension.
