REFRESH_PRIVATE_OUTLINE Procedure

This procedure refreshes the in-memory copy of the outline, synchronizing its data with the edits made to the outline hints.

DBMS_OUTLN_EDIT.REFRESH_PRIVATE_OUTLINE (
