Subprogram	Description
"CHANGE_JOIN_POS Procedure"	Changes the join position for the hint identified by outline name and hint number to the position specified by newpos.
"CREATE_EDIT_TABLES Procedure"	Creates outline editing tables in calling a user's schema.
"DROP_EDIT_TABLES Procedure"	Drops outline editing tables in calling the user's schema.
"REFRESH_PRIVATE_OUTLINE Procedure"	Refreshes the in-memory copy of the outline, synchronizing its data with the edits made to the outline hints.
