Repository Users dialog

There may be a single database user that all Discoverer end users can exploit, or different ones created for each database user. The advantage of having a single database user is that individual end users do not need additional privileges to process scheduled workbooks, but the disadvantage is that space quota is shared, and so could be exhausted by a single user. Having multiple repository users provides a greater degree of control.
