Oracle8i Cache provides an easy-to-use, Java-based management interface for setting up and managing middle-tier caches and groups of caches. The management interface, Cache Manager, is part of DBA Studio. Cache Manager provides wizards that take you through the process of setting up and deploying your Oracle8i Cache environment. Using Cache Manager, you can set synchronization policies, add or delete data from the cache, and view statistics about hits and misses.
