Shortcut Bar

The shortcut bar is displayed at the top of every Oracle Portal page, and provides quick access to some of the more frequently used Oracle Portal tools. It includes links to the Content Guide, Navigator, and Online Help, each of which is described later in this walkthrough. The shortcut bar also includes a link to return you to your home page.
