SMB Makes iFS Appear as Just Another Drive on Windows | ||||||||||

Since iFS can appear as any other volume or drive on a Windows network, you can connect to iFS through Windows by mapping a drive to the iFS server or by navigating to an iFS server via the Network Neighborhood.
iFS supports all standard Windows file operations. Additional iFS-specific content management features, such as versioning and check in/check out of files, are added by installing a small plug-in. |
