The simplest way to add a new chart to your report is to use the Report Builder's Chart Wizard.
Click the Chart Wizard tool in the default layout or the Live Previewer. The Chart Wizard leads you step-by-step through the chart creation process.
To modify properties for a chart created in the Chart Wizard, select the chart and click the Chart Wizard tool. The Wizard reappears, and you can make the changes you'd like.
