The second tier consists of one or
more Management Servers. Management Servers
provide centralized intelligence and
distributed control between clients
and managed nodes, and process
system management tasks. The Management Server uses the Enterprise Manager repository to store all system data, application data, and the state of managed nodes throughout the environment. |
