Reports administrators can use wizards within Oracle WebDB to control:

Which Oracle Reports reports (including parameters), Reports Servers, and printers are accessible
When those reports, servers, and printers are accessible
Who those reports, servers, and printers are accessible to

Once access has been set up, Oracle Reports reports can be added to WebDB sites in the same way as WebDB components. When an end user attempts to run a report, the Reports Server uses WebDB to determine whether that user has access to all the required resources to run the report. The output of scheduled reports may also be pushed directly into a WebDB site.
