Searching for Activities in the Dispatch Board's Gantt Chart (End User)

This task is a step in Process of Assigning Activities.

Perform the following procedure to search for activities in the Gantt chart.

To search for activities

1. Navigate to the Dispatch Board screen.
2. Search for unscheduled activities by doing one of the following:
   • Clicking the Select Service Region button on the Gantt chart.
   • Clicking the Query button on the Unscheduled Activities view.
