About Loyalty Programs

Loyalty programs are available in Siebel Loyalty Management only.

You can associate a campaign to your loyalty promotions by first associating the loyalty program with a marketing plan. Any expenses for the loyalty promotion are then rolled up to the marketing plan and appear in the audit trail.

To associate a loyalty program with a marketing plan

1. Navigate to the Marketing Plans screen.
2. Click a marketing plan.

   The Plan Tactics view tab appears.

3. Click the Plan Details tab.
4. In the Marketing Plan Details form, choose a Loyalty Program.

To associate a loyalty promotion with a campaign

1. Navigate to the Marketing Plans screen.
2. Click a marketing plan.

   The Plan Tactics view tab appears.

3. Add a new plan tactic.
4. Click the plan tactic.
5. Click the Design view tab.
6. Click the Related Loyalty Promotions link.

   Siebel Marketing displays a list of Loyalty programs that are associated with the selected Marketing plan.

7. Add a promotion.
