Activating Workflows for Order Management


Some order management functionality is based on workflows in Siebel CRM. You must activate these workflows before using the product. For information about activating workflows, see Siebel Business Process Framework: Workflow Guide.

Activate the workflows for the other order management functionality that you are using, as listed in Table 4. For example, if you are using Siebel eSales, activate the workflows for eSales.
