Approving the Plan Internally and Publishing It to the Partner

After a partner plan is created, discuss and approve it internally. You can then publish the plan to the partner company, and the partner can view it through the Siebel PRM Portal.

To publish a plan to a partner company

1. Navigate to the CHAMP Planning screen > All Plans Across Partners view.
2. In the record for the partner plan that you want to publish, click the Publish to Partner field.

   A check mark appears in the field. The partner can now see the plan on the Siebel PRM Portal.
