Adding Notes to the Plan
You can add notes when you are creating a plan or when working on the plan after it has been approved. Notes let you enter free text comments about the plan. There are two types of notes:
- Private Notes. These are notes that can be seen only by the person who created the note. These notes are used to record miscellaneous information about the plan for your own use.
- Shared Notes. These are notes that can be seen by everyone in your company who has access to that view and record. These notes are used to share miscellaneous information about the plan.
