Tracking Partner Training

You can track the courses a given partner has taken or the partners who have taken a given course.

Displaying the Training Courses a Partner Has Taken

You can view the training courses a partner company has taken. For example, you can see if a new partner company has been taking the training needed to learn about your products.

To display the training courses a partner has taken

1. Navigate to the Partners screen.
2. In the Partners list, select the partner company whose training courses you want to see.
3. Click the Course Enrollment view tab.

   The Training Courses list appears. It includes partner employees who have enrolled in training courses and the titles of the training courses.

Displaying the Partners Who Have Taken a Training Course

You may also want to see a list of partner employees who have taken a training course. For example, if you recently created a new course for your partners, you can see whether it is popular among partner employees.

To display the partners who have taken a training course

1. Navigate to the Site Map > Administration - Training screen > Courses view.
2. In the Courses list, select the course whose enrolled partners you want to see.
3. Click the Partner Enrollments view tab.

   The Partner Enrollments list includes partner employees who have taken the course.
