Creating an Eligibility List Using Analytics Data Load


It is recommended that you use an Analytics Data Load when importing many partner records based on many criteria. This report generates the list of partners and provides a link to that report. For procedures for setting this process, see Using Analytics Data Load.

Use the following procedure to create an eligibility list from a report in Siebel Analytics.

To create an eligibility list from a report in Siebel Analytics

  1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Membership Administration link and drill down on the program for which you want to create an eligibility list.
  2. Query for and then drill down on the program for which you want to create an eligibility list.
  3. Click on the <row_id> record you need to create a list:
    • To create an Eligible Partners list, select a record with the Load Name value that begins with Eligible.
    • To create a Renewal Eligible list, select a record with the Load Name value that begins with Renewal.
    • To create an Approval Eligible list, select a record with the Load Name value that begins with Approval.
  4. Click on the Location field, and then select a location from the picklist applet.

    The Location list is available only if the user IDs and user passwords in Siebel PRM and Siebel Analytics are identical. For more information on configuring integration between Siebel application and the Siebel Analytics application see Siebel Analytics Setup Workflow.

  5. Click Activate and scroll down to the Load History applet.

    A record with the status of Pending appears.

  6. As the Analytics Data Load runs, click Refresh to change the status to In Progress.

    The status changes to Completed.

  7. Scroll down to the Task Log applet and check all log details.
  8. Click the Eligibility Administration link and click Deactivate.
  9. To view information for the records that fail:
    1. Navigate to Partner Programs screen > Membership Administration view.
    2. Select the partner program and drill down.
    3. In the Eligibility Administration view, scroll down to see the Load History applet.
    4. Select the appropriate record in the Load History applet and Task Log applet to view information about the status of the data load and any errors encountered during data load.
