The Language in Which Siebel Installers and Wizards Run

When you launch Siebel installers, configuration wizards, or the Siebel Image Creator utility, the program launches in the appropriate language for the locale of your operating system, if this language and locale are supported by Siebel Systems.

Languages these programs can run in correspond to those for which Siebel Language Packs are supported, with the exceptions of Arabic, Hebrew, and Thai.

Because not all languages are supported in this context, make sure the language setting under the regional option of your operating system is set to the desired choice of your language.

If the current locale is not supported, then, when you launch the program, you are prompted for the language in which to run the program.

Installers for Siebel client products include a prompt for the language in which to run the installer.
