Viewing Results of Territory Alignment Runs

When the alignment has finished running, you want to look at the results. You can view them in the Results list views and, for printing and electronic distribution, you can create reports of the results.

This task is a step in the Process of Setting Up and Running Territory Alignments.

To view the results of a territory alignment

1. Navigate to Territory Management screen > Alignments List view.
2. Drill down on an alignment record.
3. Click the Results view tab.
4. In the lower link bar, click Contacts, Accounts, or Assets according to which results you want to view.

   The results of the alignment appear in the list.

5. To save the results in a format that can be printed or distributed electronically, run a report.
