Enabling Real-Time Email Processing


Complete the following procedure to enable real-time email processing.

To enable real-time email processing

  1. Navigate to the Administration - Communications screen > All Response Groups list view.
  2. In the Response Groups list, select the response group for which you want to enable real-time processing.
  3. Click the Input Arguments tab.
  4. Add the following input argument:
    Name
    Value

    RealTime

    True

    NOTE:  This is the default value for this input argument.
